Hello,

I'm about to change my host(web) and now facing difficulties with LGSL on their server. Problem is that the query doesn't work for 2 servers. I'v asked them to open neccassary UDP ports(28930 and 27960 and 27015), but it still doesn't work. Anyone knows what could be wrong?

Other people have had to ask their host several times before the ports were correctly unblocked.

This is due to being assigned a random support person, until finally getting some one who has the technical skill to correctly unblock a port.

So try asking again, but if they take too long to solve the problem then it may be a sign of things to come when other website issues happen.

You can also enable the feed for a while just to rule out any server specific issues, but since you have it already running on one host, its unlikely to be the problem.

Yes, I'v turned on the feed on, but the native mode is better:P Thanks for suggestion Rich. Just to ensure, only UDP ports need to opened? I have read somewhere that UDP is one way only, but host is asking which way In/Out?

Its only UDP. Technically its both, because server sends request out, and takes the response in. But if its one of the two it will probably be 'out'.
