Hello,

I know this has been posted many times but could not find the answer. I've updated to 5.5 and still having some issues with all my servers showing online. I've tried the test site on GreyCube and it works but for some reason does not work on app. Please see: http://syopscp.com/lgsl/ At first it was some of the hosting providers but even when I add another server from the same box as all my other servers, no go... IE: the HLTV server.

Any help or suggestions would be GREAT!

Thank you,
-Eric / AKA SAPPER

I suspect your problem is to do with a firewall blocking certain ports.

The reason some servers work, is that they use 27015 / 27016 which have probably been allowed through.

But your HLTV server is using 27020, so even though its on the same box, its a different port, and you need to ask your host to allow it.
