ok so i have the online block and im having some issues with it

when users or guest come ot the site there in an error place i dont know how to fix that any help would be greatful.

Thats the location of where the person is.

Click on the word error to find out where the error page is located, then you can investigate why people would be going to that page.

ok so i tired to reinstall the menu nothing its still giving me this error i love your work but i cant have this bug

Its not a bug, people are viewing an error page.

e107 is handling the errors, such as 404 page not found, so somewhere on your site theres probably a dead link that people are clicking.

Example of when you see the error:

ya i know but what can they be viewing ? when i click it it goes right to the news page ?

The dead links could be anywhere, they could be on another site, that people are clicking. They could be typing in a wrong link.

The point is, they are seeing the error page, and the online menu is correctly displaying that they are seeing an error page.

You can not view the error page directly as it redirects you back to the news, you can only view it when you type in a wrong page, such as the link I posted.

To get this in the first place, you must have renamed the e107.htacesss to just .htaccess and you can stop e107 handling errors by remove the .htaccess file.

but it wotn work with out .ht in front of it right ? i have my ht file set up i hope ill be able to use it i transfered it all to the e107 ht file

Its named e107.htaccess so that it does NOT work, and that you rename it, to enable it.

Somewhere you have a .htaccess file with the lines pointing to the error.php which you need to remove.

So check any .htaccess files you have.

Completely remove all those lines, then your webserver will handle page not founds.
