Administrative overhead (aka, Bureaucracy) is a pretty major problem. In some ways, the problem began when people added a second room to the schoolhouse. While it is true that modern school systems need more management than the primitive systems of the past, http://domyhomeworkonline.net/do-my-trigonometry-homework.php thinks we're getting a lot more than we need.
